Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. You ("Referral Partner") confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement.

2. SLI has the right to decline an application to join this program, or to cancel your membership at any time for any reason.

3. SLI may discontinue this program at any time and will not be liability for any loss of income that you may incur.

4. Referrals will only be accepted if submitted via the web form provided.

5. SLI may decline a referral at any time without giving a reason.

6. You must not represent that you are acting on behalf of SLI or that you have the authority to enter into any agreement on behalf of SLI.

7. You may, after receiving approval from SLI, post a link from your web site to the SLI web site.

8. Materials promoting SLI products will be produced by SLI or must be approved by SLI.

9. Referral Partner must have an existing relationship with the referred party, must provide all information required with the referral application, and must not send bulk emails or similar items in regards to this program.

10. SLI will pay you a referral fee of 10% of the revenues collected in the first 12 months for referrals accepted under this program.

11. If the total amount due is under $200, the outstanding amount will be carried over to the next accounting period.

12. Customer refunds and credits will be subtracted from the revenue applied to the commission calculation.

13. A referral fee will not be paid where a sale is performed after 6 (six) months of the referral being made.

14. SLI may change these terms and conditions at any time.
